Recent updates: visit-based loyalty program option, Header Menu widget, and API additions

We are happy to announce a couple of new features that we've released this week:

1. First, in our Loyalty Program module we've added an option to assign points based on visits (instead of purchase amounts only). When you configure your loyalty program, you'll see these two radio buttons that let you select how you would like to record points:

If you select the option “Record visits (punches)”, then you'd need to specify how many points each visit is worth, and your authorized staff members would need to simply record each visit (they would look up that member by member's phone number and check the “record visit” checkbox in their employee interface).

2. Second, we've expanded our API and added the ability to create locations by calling our API methods. We are wrapping up a few final touches with a related feature - the ability to load Mobile Directory listings from a spreadsheet (more on that will be coming soon).

3. Third (and this is so past-due), we have finally added the Header Menu widget for displaying drop down mobile navigation on your site. Header Menu widget can typically be used at the top of the page as a standard menu icon that triggers a pulldown navigation menu, and can be displayed along with an optional logo or header image.
