Build beautiful responsive websites without code

Traditionally creating websites involves:

  • tweaking a ready-made template (messy and technical, as clients want customization and change their minds in the process), or
  • making creatives with a design tool (such as Photoshop), approving creatives with the client, and then coding the design creatives into HTML and CSS (expensive and time-consuming and how would you even design for all the screen sizes?)

Forget about both and start creating production-ready custom responsive sites directly in our drag-and-drop editor, and make changes as needed. Add the elements, arrange them on the page as you wish, and adjust the styling (colors, backgrounds, spacing).

Do you like this website? We created it with our responsive site builder. Give it a try!

With SignalMind you can build responsive sites (optimized for small and large screens) and mobile sites (optimized for smart phones).

Responsive site builder

In plain terms, responsive sites are optimized for multiple screen sizes by adjusting the page layout and display of content based on the visitor's device. For instance, on a phone visitors may see the content as a one-column view, whereas on larger screens the content may be displayed in multiple columns.

SignalMind approach to responsive is "mobile-first", meaning that small screen styles (CSS) are the foundation of the site. Although it is recommended that with the mobile-first RWD you typically start by building the mobile experience and enhance it by adding styles that apply to larger screens, many of us are still wired to design "desktop-first". If you are more comfortable conceptualizing the large screen experience first, you can do that with SignalMind responsive site builder, switching back and forth between the large and small screen preview modes.

Designing for mobile first, or at least giving the mobile and desktop experiences an equal priority (versus adding the mobile version at the very end) makes sense, considering that the share of mobile traffic is headed to take over the large screen traffic. It also ensures that your mobile site visitors have a complete experience, and the filler content is minimized.
