Can I create access for my customer to log into their account?

Yes, you can give your customer access to their account only to manage their mobile content or the loyalty program.

I don’t see the language I need in the list of available languages. Can a new language be added to the system?

Yes. Just let us know that you’d like to add a language and we’ll work with you on making it happen.

I’ve accidentally deleted a site. Can you restore it?

Yes, just send us a note to [email protected] and we’ll restore your deleted site for you.

A certain number of sites are included in my plan. What happens when I build more sites? (Can I build more sites than I have included in my plan?)

Yes, you can create more sites or loyalty programs than what’s included with your plan. We will charge you extra for additional sites (see the rates here).
